Role Responsibilities:

• Managing contracts involving roofing and cladding systems for industrial and commercial sectors
• Overseeing all contract phases from tender to completion
• Monitoring site activities, organizing site workers, and ensuring health and safety compliance
• Coordinating material and equipment procurement and delivery
• Ensuring project deadlines and budgets are met
• Communicating with clients and preparing project reports
• Participating in pre-contract and progress meetings
• Maintaining knowledge of relevant contracts, laws, and regulations
• Documenting contract correspondence and tracking project progress
• Managing projects valued from £2,000 to approximately £2,000,000

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience as a Project or Contracts Manager within UK construction, particularly with roofing and cladding systems
• Excellent communication skills
• CSCS Card (Gold/Black) and SMSTS/SSSTS preferred
• Full UK driving license
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
