Job summary

Cala Group Limited is seeking a Contracts Manager to work with the Construction Director, Construction Manager and Head of Customer Service to deliver the business plan across multiple sites within budget and timescales.

You will lead site teams, manage costs, ensure safety standards and oversee customer service processes from pre-construction through handover, reporting to the Board and ensuring NHBC compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction project management.
• HNC/BSc in Construction or Building studies desirable.
• Line management and performance/absence management experience.
• Proven cost control and budgeting capabilities.
• Relevant safety qualifications (CITB SMSTS, FAW, CSCS).

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of business plan across allocated sites within budget and timescales.
• Promote health, safety and environment across teams and sites.
• Coordinate customer service processes and NHBC surveys.
• Manage build programmes and logistics for new developments.
• Ensure quality standards and timely board reporting.
• Recruit, develop and supervise site teams; support with escalations.
