Job summary

Chadwick Nott is seeking a Construction Associate for a fast growing City law firm with a strong real estate and construction offering. You will work closely with the Head of Construction on primarily non-contentious matters with exposure to contentious work, including JCT/NEC contracts, collateral warranties and appointment drafting.

The successful candidate will have NQ-4 PQE (with a dedicated construction seat preferred) and experience in both contentious and non-contentious construction.

Qualifications

• NQ-4 PQE with a dedicated construction seat preferred
• Experience in both non-contentious and contentious construction is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Handle primarily non-contentious construction matters with some contentious work
• Work closely with the Head of Construction in a close-knit team
• Manage contracts including JCT and NEC, collateral warranties, and appointments
