Overview

Construction Associate (Contentious) – Location: Bristol / Cardiff / Hybrid

Our client, a UK based Commercial law firm, is looking to expand its Construction team. The firm is seeking a Construction Associate Solicitor to join their dynamic and growing Contentious Construction team. You will play a key role in advising clients on a wide range of Contentious Construction matters. Day-to-day you will handle a varied caseload of complex Construction projects and disputes, with a strong focus on dispute resolution, contract drafting, reviewing, preparing, and negotiating complex and high-profile Construction litigation cases. The Construction team advise a wide rang of clients across the UK and represent a diverse client portfolio that includes social housing providers, developers, contractors, and construction professionals.

Responsibilities
  • Advise clients on a wide range of Contentious Construction matters.
  • Handle a varied caseload of complex Construction projects and disputes with a strong focus on dispute resolution.
  • Draft, review, prepare, and negotiate complex and high-profile Construction litigation documents and contracts.
