Real Estate Associate - Construction Focus - c.3-6 PQE
£65k+

You’ll join a well-established regional firm with a strong reputation across Real Estate and Development work, now looking to strengthen their capability on the construction side of property projects.

This role would suit someone with experience advising developers, funders, contractors or consultants on the construction aspects of real estate transactions - whether drafting and negotiating building contracts, appointments, warranties or supporting wider development and regeneration schemes.
