Job description

Overview

You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating construction activities related to the delivery of an EPCM extension project on a pharmaceutical manufacturing plant.

55 hours, Monday - Friday (no overtime). Rate in the region of £65.00 per hour (inside of IR35, outside will not be considered).

Responsibilities

Coordinate and supervise multidisciplinary construction work zones within an industrial manufacturing / process plant environment.

Requirements

• Trade-based qualification - NVQ, City and Guilds etc
• CSCS Gold card minimum
• Recognised professional certification in construction site supervision - SSSTS (minimum), ideally SMSTS
• Substantial experience in supervising complex industrial projects
• TWS (temporary works supervisor) is advantageous but not essential
