Qualifications

  • No formal qualifications required, but relevant training or experience in document control or construction administration is beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and manage Field View, create forms, download data, and distribute for client verification.
  • Digitise drawings in Field View for geo-tagging defect locations and form creation.
  • Support the creation and tracking of defect rectification forms.
  • Assist with administration of the SYPRO Commercial NEC management tool.
  • Upload and manage documents in the Viewpoint system.
  • Maintain and organise contract folders.
  • Upload and distribute project information via Viewpoint.
  • Record and file RAMS, inductions, and other compliance documents.
  • Assist with O&M manual formulation in collaboration with the project team.
  • Take and distribute subcontractor meeting minutes and pre-start meeting records.

Skills

Strong organisational and digital file management skills
Familiarity with document control systems (e.g. Viewpoint, Field View)
Experience in construction or engineering environments
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent attention to detail and communication skills

Education

Relevant training or experience in document control or construction administration
