We are seeking a dedicated Lecturer in Construction to deliver high-quality teaching and training at our Greenwich Park Campus and Holly Hill location. This role involves delivering the NOCN Level 2 Certificate in Construction Multi-Skills & Employability, focusing on preparing learners for employment or further training within the construction sector.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver boot camp training for 24 students.
  • Provide high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment across various construction disciplines including carpentry and joinery, plumbing, painting and decorating, tiling, electrical installation, and health, safety, and environmental awareness.
  • Design and deliver engaging, inclusive, and industry-relevant sessions.
  • Maintain a safe, supportive, and professional learning environment in compliance with awarding body requirements and college quality standards.
  • Provide effective assessment and constructive feedback, offering tailored support to promote high levels of retention, achievement, and progression.
  • Coordinate, plan, and deliver training that reflects current industry practices and standards, preparing learners for practical trade skills, workplace safety, and employability, including the CSCS Health and Safety Test.
