What you’ll be doing

You’ll undergo extensive training to know the products inside out, enabling you to confidently design suitable conservatory plans and sell them to customers. Your enthusiasm and creativity will help you capture the customer's interest and close deals!

Your role will involve:

• Following up our warm sales leads, either visiting customers at their homes or using our new remote selling framework
• Using our internal systems to design living spaces that excite and persuade customers
• Giving persuasive sales pitches to convert quotes into sales
• Educating customers about all product ranges and services offered

What we’re looking for:

• You need to be self-motivated, friendly, and confident in communicating with a variety of customers
• Proactive and results-driven
• Flexible towards a varied workload and working hours
• Experience in Home Improvements (or similar) combined with CAD or Design experience
• Ability to provide consistently high customer service
• A driver with a full UK driving license and your own car
