Job description

Conservation Training Manager at Durrell Wildlife Conservation Trust

To manage Durrell’s Conservation Training Teams and global programme of work, including in Jersey, Madagascar, Mauritius, and potential expansion sites.

To oversee the delivery of our conservation training programmes in line with our vision to create a global community of conservation professionals rewilding the world.

This role will oversee the optimisation and growth of our global training programme for conservation practitioners and staff, both at our rewilding sites around the world and at our HQ in Jersey. This will involve collaboration with relevant local staff from all departments in those locations.

Responsibilities include the development of new courses and exploring the potential for using new training mediums with the aim of scaling up our training impact worldwide.
