Job summary

Hampshire & Isle of Wight Wildlife Trust is recruiting for a Full Time role (40 hours) at College Copse Farm, Ridge Lane, Rotherwick, Hook. The role covers livestock husbandry, grassland management and basic farm building maintenance as part of the Grazing Enterprise and conservation grazing objectives.

You will work with the Head Stock Person, be flexible for unsociable hours, and contribute to safety, welfare, and site operations while enjoying a broad benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience with grazing and livestock is essential.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Support maintenance and capital projects on farm holdings.
• Assist with livestock husbandry tasks and grassland management.
• Contribute to conservation grazing objectives and estate works.
• Be available for on-call duties as part of a rota.
