Sussex Wildlife Trust is looking for a Farm Administrator to provide high-quality administrative, financial, compliance and operational support for its conservation grazing work.

Based on the Wiston Estate near Findon, the role will support the Grazing Manager and wider Grazing and Reserves teams by maintaining accurate livestock, machinery, contract, finance and agri-environment records, helping ensure the grazing operation is well organised and compliant.

Qualifications

• Experience of office support and record keeping.
• Experience with basic finance processes.
• Ability to handle confidential/compliance information.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative, financial, compliance and operational support for grazing work.
• Maintain livestock, machinery, contract, finance and agri-environment records.
• Support Grazing Manager and Reserves teams.
