Job summary

Chester Zoo is offering a Conservation and Education Trainee position based in Chester, part of the Networks for Nature project. You will gain hands-on experience in conservation, education and community engagement while supporting a major wildlife charity.

This 35-hour, temporary traineeship targets individuals with a passion for nature and the drive to develop practical skills in workshops, education outreach and volunteer coordination within a collaborative team.

• Willingness to learn and engage with diverse audiences.
• Basic computer skills with openness to learning.
• Interest in admin and event planning.
• Commitment to working with volunteers and communities.
