A local architecture firm is looking for an experienced Conservation Architect to manage and deliver projects throughout the North West, especially in the Lake District. Candidates should have ARB Registration, experience with heritage buildings, and strong technical skills. The role offers hybrid working options and a supportive environment.
John Coward Architects Ltd. have a current opportunity for an experienced Conservation Architect or Architect to join our dynamic and friendly team. The successful candidate will be responsible for management and delivery of multiple projects through all RIBA Stages of work. Good communication skills and a willingness to work collaboratively with clients, consultants and contractors is required.
At John Coward Architects you will have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects throughout the North West and extensively within the Lake District National Park. We specialise in the conservation and adaptation of historic buildings, both ecclesiastical and secular. The successful candidate will be provided with a unique chance to work on some of our Nation’s most historically significant buildings and sites. We also work on a huge variety of new build projects from one off houses to commercial and mixed-use developments.
