Job summary

An established architectural practice in Nottingham is seeking a talented Conservation Architect to join their team. You will be responsible for leading projects from concept to completion, managing feasibility works on listed buildings, and acting as the primary design consultant. The ideal candidate has post Part 3 experience and AABC accreditation. This role offers a hybrid working model and is a permanent position.

Qualifications

  • Strong post Part 3 qualification experience as a Conservation Architect within a UK practice.
  • Excellent design and drawing skills.
  • Live within a commutable distance to the Nottingham area.

  • Produce feasibility works to bring existing listed buildings back into use.
  • Take the lead on a range of projects from concept through to completion.
  • Carry out site visits and contract administration.
  • Act as the lead design consultant and liaise with clients.
