Northern Powergrid is recruiting for a Connections Administration role based in Brigg, contributing to domestic and small commercial applications throughout the quotation journey. You will collaborate with Connection Technicians and the Works Coordinator to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Starting salary £26,676 with progression to £29,395, and 25 days of holiday. We value customer service, detail, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Reporting to a Connections Manager, you will be responsible for preparing domestic & small commercial applications through its quotation journey, working alongside our Connections Technician and Works Coordinator, supporting them throughout the process. This could be to accommodate a new build property, an existing property requiring an increase or amendment of supply, requesting low carbon technology or a small commercial business. 10/10 customer service is what Northern Powergrid strives for, and your role is crucial in this journey.
