Job Description

We are seeking a technically capable DNO Coordinator to join our team and take ownership of all technical interactions with DNOs/IDNOs across our EV and ICP programmes.

The DNO Coordinator would require someone with a strong electrical background, ideally with previous DNO or IDNO experience. You would be expected to confidently manage the full lifecycle of technical submissions, from Point of Connection (POC) applications to energisation and asset registration, displaying clear communication in technical conversations.

The DNO Coordinator Would Be Responsible For

  • Prepare, submit and manage all initial and revised POC applications to DNOs, ensuring technical accuracy and timely responses.
  • Submit and track DNO access requests (SAN/SORN), ensuring appropriate lead times are met and any technical dependencies are resolved ahead of works.
  • Handle all technical queries and requests for clarification from DNOs/IDNOs.
  • Submit IDNO energisation requests and asset registration forms, ensure compliance with IDNO requirements, and confirm readiness for site energisation with the internal team.
  • Make pre/post-energisation calls to DNO/IDNO Network Control, confirming commencement/completion of works.
  • Maintain a clear and structured repository of all submissions, approvals, and correspondence for each site, ensuring full traceability.
  • Act as a technical bridge between relevant parties ensuring delivery timelines are met.

We would welcome candidates with the following skills and experience:
