The Wediko New Hampshire Congregate Residential Counselor plays a key role in creating a transformational treatment experience for young persons. Working within an interdisciplinary team and under the supervision of Wediko Masters-level clinicians, Residential Counselors impact the lives of the youth served.
Residential Counselors may enroll in The Impact Corps, a fellowship designed to develop skills in counseling, education, clinical roles, and leadership while serving vulnerable children and young adults. The position involves walking on rugged terrain, outdoor activities, and physical tasks such as bending, holding, and lifting, in accordance with CPI behavioral management techniques.
