Job summary
CMS CMNO LLP is seeking a Conflicts Analyst to conduct concise legal and business research and analyse conflicts of interest. You will liaise with fee earners to identify potential conflicts and validate information on internal conflict forms.
The role involves reviewing searches, interpreting complex results, and supporting the Risk and Compliance team. The successful candidate will have an analytical background, strong attention to detail, and a degree level education (law preferred) with
Qualifications
- Degree level education, preferably law or compliance related.
- Experience in professional services or risk/compliance is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and research capabilities with attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Identify and highlight potential conflicts of interest with fee earners.
- Analyse complex conflict search results and validate data accuracy.
- Validate information on internal conflicts forms and reports.
- Review searches to ensure completeness and regulatory awareness.
- Support risk and compliance teams with policies and training.
