Bell Cornwall recruitment is excited to be hiring a Conflicts Analyst for an international law firm in Birmingham.

Candidate Responsibilities:

• Review conflict search request information submitted by the business for accuracy.
• Ensure there are no conflicts of interest relating to new clients and matters across the firm.
• Erase low-risk conflict issues as needed.
• Liaise with senior members of the Risk team.
• Create rapport with fee earners and secretaries and provide feedback of issues to Compliance Managers.

Skills Needed:

• Conflict analysis experience, ideally in a law firm or other professional services organization, but training can be provided if not.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Preferred (graduate or) previous experience working independently.
