Leading International Law Firm in London seeks a Conflicts & AML Analyst to manage conflicts from start to finish. The role offers responsibility within a nimble team and a culture that values collaboration across Partners.

The candidate will conduct Client Due Diligence, assess client and matter risk, and monitor ongoing client activity while handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in a Compliance function within a Law Firm.
• Familiarity with Intapp Conflicts and Intake system.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Client Due Diligence for onboarding of new and existing clients where appropriate.
• Compile client and matter risk assessments and comment on risk scoring assigned by the requesting partner.
• Ongoing monitoring of new and existing clients.
• Perform conflict checks and analyse complex search results for conflict analysis and reporting.

I am currently working on a Conflicts & AML Analyst opportunity with a leading International Law firm who are currently looking to add to their small nimble team. This would be an exciting opportunity to join a firm that is growing but would give you a huge amount of responsibility due to the smaller nature of the team and would be managing conflicts from start to finish. They are a great firm which prides itself on its culture and is unique in its collabortivness especially among the Partners.

Responsibilities:

• To conduct the Client Due Diligence aspects of the onboarding process for new clients and existing clients, where appropriate
• To compile client and matter risk assessments for all types of clients and comment on the risk scoring assigned by the partner making the request
• Ongoing monitoring of new and existing clients
• Conducting conflict checks, analysing and interpreting complex search results for conflict analysis and reporting

Requirements:

• Two years of experience (minimum) working within the Compliance function of a Law Firm.
• Familiarity with Intapp Conflicts and Intake system
• Confidence in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
