Job summary

Job description

• Drafting and ensuring the timely dispatch of all counterparty confirmations.
• Receiving and reconciling all counterparty confirmations investigating and resolving discrepancies and escalating issues to Management as appropriate.
• Following up outstanding and overdue confirmations to ensure receipt within contractual deadlines.

You will need to have the following experience:

• Degree level education or equivalent work experience in an Operations role in an energy trading environment.
• Experience of working with trading counterparties.
• Good working knowledge of the trade life cycle and trading systems.
• A team player, confident in building strong working relationships at all levels and has a strong attention to detail.
