An established industry player is seeking Configuration Engineers to enhance their Corporate Configuration Management Strategy. Role title: Configuration Engineers (Warhead)
Location: RG7 4PR, located between Reading and Basingstoke, with free onsite parking.
Package: £37,860 - £53,000 (depending on your suitability, qualifications & level of experience)

These roles involve either supporting or leading the creation and implementation of the Corporate Configuration Management Strategy and Standards within designated area(s) of responsibility, under the direction of the Product CM Team Leader and Product CM Technical Authority.
These roles are ideally suited to candidates with a keen eye for detail, a good understanding of the elements of Configuration Management, and familiarity with the requirements of Def Stan 05-57 and the CM2 model. Experience with PLM toolsets, such as Teamcenter, is preferred.
Candidates must be enthusiastic with excellent interpersonal and team building skills, capable of building good working relationships within the organisation. We would like you to have leadership skills, stakeholder engagement, and strong communication skills.

You must be willing and able to obtain and maintain the security clearance required for the role (more information on this can be found on our website) and be willing and able to travel within the UK and overseas if required. Due to the classified nature of the work involved, there are limited opportunities to work from home in this role. It is anticipated that the successful candidate will spend the majority of their time working on site at AWE Aldermaston.
