Job Description

Key Accountabilities:

  1. Updating (software) and maintaining virtual environments where technical information is shared across multiple sites, including managing offline backup systems.
  2. Controlling access to electronic environments and conducting user account audits.
  3. Assisting with activities to identify and document product requirements related to certification, configuration, data management, and engineering processes.
  4. Supporting plans and processes to ensure products meet technical, data, regulatory, and company requirements, including maintaining configuration control.
  5. Liaising with project teams to create and maintain review and approval processes for supplier deliverables, collaborating with colleagues overseas.
  6. Ensuring deliverables meet quality, configuration, and contractual requirements as per statements of work.
  7. Supporting the use of document management systems (iPDM) and electronic delivery methods.
  8. Administering data, including government-furnished information and hardcopy publications.
  9. Collaborating with functions and customers to resolve issues with technical information provision to suppliers.
  10. Monitoring adherence to regulatory, data, configuration, and contractual requirements.
  11. Scheduling and tracking data deliverables for Supplier Data Requirements Lists (SDRLs) and ensuring timely disposition.
  12. Reviewing data in iPDM for security, trade control, and intellectual property markings, and obtaining document sign-offs.

  • This is a locally hired position in the UK. Candidates must have current legal authorization to work immediately in the UK. Boeing will not sponsor immigration or labor for this role.
  • The successful candidate will undergo a security check/clearance.
