Job description

As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a motivated individual to join our Configuration Analysts team. You will enjoy working within a high performing, improvement focused team, playing a key role in multiple technical projects.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to start their career in the manufacturing industry.

We will provide necessary training in areas such as project management, Six Sigma, and operational excellence.

Your focus will be on supporting our Sales, Product Marketing, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams across KLA, identifying opportunities for improvements and the most effective way to link product specifications to available components, enabling the manufacture of complex capital equipment. As your knowledge grows, you will be involved in various projects, broadening your understanding of the business.

As an analyst, you will be excited by understanding complex issues, ensuring root causes are analyzed, understood, and resolved by collaborating with various teams and specialists within KLA. To maintain high engagement, your day will be varied, and your ongoing career development will be encouraged through coaching and training.

Key Responsibilities:

• We will provide training but the candidate must be willing to learn and obtain required qualifications.
• Manage Bills of Materials from creation to shipping using SAP Variant Configurator (training provided).
• Identify accuracy issues, understand root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Bring initiative to ongoing process improvement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally.

Skills and Experience:

• Operational experience and/or a numerical, business, or IT-related degree is beneficial.
• Organized and a self-starter.
• Analytical mind with keen attention to detail.
• Motivated and driven.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with SAP ERP system is desirable.
• Eagerness to learn technical jargon, acronyms, and immerse in the semiconductor industry.
