About the role of a Conference Producer:

As a Conference Producer, you will be responsible for producing a fast-growing event series across the USA. You will be tasked with coming up with strong agendas, ensuring high participation from speakers through to delegates and sponsors. You will be skilled in developing content through speaking with people in the market and validating ideas and concepts.

The Organisation:

Our client has grown significantly over the last few years. Their events cover fascinating topics and they quickly established themselves as a key player in their markets. They produce creative content and events that delegates will pay to attend. They arrange highly successful conferences, webinars, roundtables, workshops and showcases internationally.

You should be able to demonstrate competency in the below key areas, it is not essential to meet all requirements, but priority will be given to applications that satisfy most:-

• Have successfully produced conferences to date.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Confident in building relationships with Senior Executives, growing knowledge and using it to create content.
• Trained in conference production.
• Proactive and motivated to succeed, work toward a target, and achieve excellent results
• Evidence of working in a team environment towards a common goal e.g. liaising with marketing to ensure the correct people are targeted.
• Skilled in copywriting
• Keen to offer commercial input to help shape future events.

High attention to detail and an ability to work in an organised and professional manner.
