A Day in the Life of a Conference & Events Team Member

What you'll be doing:

• Welcoming delegates and guests with a warm smile and attentive service, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish.
• Running events, noting and fulfilling special requests.
• Serving food and drinks with care, maintaining high presentation standards and smooth timing.
• Setting up, cleaning, and resetting event areas to keep spaces inviting and organized.
• Preparing and serving a variety of beverages, including basic barista duties and non-alcoholic drinks.
• Assisting with inventory and restocking supplies to keep meeting rooms and event spaces well-stocked.
• Upholding hygiene and health & safety standards to ensure a spotless and compliant workspace.
• Collaborating with kitchen and bar teams to deliver seamless service and support smooth operations.

What We Need From You

• A friendly, professional approach with a passion for creating positive guest experiences.
• Prior food and beverage service experience is a plus, but a willingness to learn is welcomed.
• Clear communication skills to interact confidently with guests and colleagues.
