Conference & Events Sales Account Manager - Excel London, E16 1XL | Full-Time / Permanent. We are seeking a commercially driven and passionate Conference & Events Sales Account Manager to join our Commercial Sales team. This role blends strategic commercial acumen with exceptional client relationship management, ensuring measurable business impact while maintaining the highest service standards. As the C&E Sales Account Manager, you will act as the strategic partner for a portfolio of key clients, driving both relationship strength and commercial growth. You will identify and capitalise on upsell and cross-sell opportunities, ensuring revenue potential is maximised while maintaining alignment with client objectives. From initial planning through to flawless event delivery, you will oversee the entire client journey, ensuring every interaction reinforces ELH\'s reputation for exceptional service and value.

Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a Sales or Account Management role within hospitality, catering, or food service.
  • Proven track record in achieving and exceeding commercial revenue targets within hospitality, catering, or events.
  • Strong understanding of Food & Beverage trends and industry dynamics.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • High commercial acumen with ability to balance revenue growth with client satisfaction.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive under pressure.
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Effective at prioritising and managing multiple tasks and accounts.
  • Skilled in building senior-level relationships and influencing decision-making within complex client organisations.
  • Strong analytical ability to interpret sales data, forecast performance, and adjust account strategies accordingly.
