We are currently looking for a passionate Conference & Events Manager to join the team at Bankside Hotel - Voted one of the 'Best Places to Work in Hospitality' for three consecutive years. Sitting consistently in the top tier of all hotels in London on TripAdvisor, Bankside Hotel is a social hub for guests and locals who have a passion for culture, art, and food. What do we expect from you?
  • Maximize sales opportunities to achieve budget and revenue targets.
  • Respond to all enquiries within 4 hours, providing clear and well-presented information.
  • Follow up on enquiries within the agreed timeframe and accurately record details in Opera S&C.
  • Handle contracts, deposits, and event details efficiently to meet deadlines.
  • Keep account and guest profile data accurate and up-to-date in PMS.
  • Quote according to hotel guidelines, ensuring correct input into the system immediately.
  • Arrange and conduct site inspections and educational trips to promote Bankside’s offerings.
  • Maintain high product knowledge and awareness of in-house business and clients.
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with clients to ensure consistent, efficient service for both new and returning customers.
