About the Role:

As Conference & Events Coordinator, you’ll be the key point of contact for clients looking to book unforgettable events at our venue. From the initial enquiry to event execution, you’ll guide clients through every detail—providing exceptional service, building bespoke packages, and ensuring all expectations are exceeded.

Once confirmed, you’ll ensure every element of the booking is clearly communicated through function sheets, working closely with operations and other departments to ensure flawless delivery.

You’ll also play a proactive role in driving repeat bookings, contributing to promotional materials, shaping new packages, and supporting the Sales Manager with leads and local market insight. Your creativity and client-first focus will help position the venue as a top choice for meetings, conferences, weddings, and private events.
