OUR IDEAL HERO WILL HAVE:
  • A minimum of six months’ experience as a team leader in a high-end bar/hotel
  • Banqueting experience
  • Ability to lead, inspire, and motivate a team
  • Extensive wine and cocktail knowledge
  • IT literacy
IMPLEMENTING OUR ‘YES YOU CAN’ PHILOSOPHY, YOU WILL:
  • Assist the Manager & Supervisor in coaching and leading the team
  • Anticipate guest needs and ensure their requests are managed promptly
  • Meet, greet, and impress guests, making them feel valued
