Job summary

NPTC Group of Colleges is seeking a part-time, permanent team member to help deliver excellent theatre, music and art experiences for our learners and visitors. The role is 16 hours per week, including evenings and occasional weekends.

Salary is Scale 3, Points 17–20, £26,462–£28,496 per annum, pro rata (roughly £11,443–£12,322 per year for this pattern). The college offers strong pension schemes, flexible working options, wellbeing support and free car parking at main campuses.

Salary:

Scale 3, Points 17 - 20, £26,462 - £28,496 per annum, pro rata, equivalent to £11,443 - £12,322 per annum.

Hours of Work:

16 hours per week (including evening work and occasional early mornings and weekends).

Contract:

Permanent, part time.

About you:

Candidates should hold a level 3 qualification (NVQ or equivalent) also level 2 qualifications in both English and Maths (GSCE or equivalent) and have relevant experience and be IT literate equivalent to level
