Job summary

GSMA is seeking a Conference Content Manager to shape and deliver content for world-leading events, including premium shows such as MWC Barcelona. You will coordinate speaker activity, manage briefing and onboarding, and ensure a smooth end-to-end participant experience across multiple events.

The role requires strong organisational skills, stakeholder management, and experience in conference production. You will work closely with the Conference Content Team, operate in a fast-paced environment,

Qualifications

• Experience in conference production and delivering well-organised, high-quality events.
• Strong communication, drafting session briefs and reporting progress to senior contributors.
• Ability to manage multiple events, deadlines, and complex information with precision.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate speaker activity, briefing, onboarding and records.
• Oversee scheduling, session logistics and delivery of materials.
• Maintain end-to-end ownership of conference content from development to execution.
