Job Description

We are seeking a FUN, PASSIONATE & EXTROVERTED full-time Conference & Banqueting Team Member to join our vibrant central London hotel team! Your responsibilities include:

  • Providing a professional and courteous welcome to guests, ensuring prompt greeting and seating
  • Delivering high-quality service during meetings, lunches, and coffee breaks, maintaining standards throughout all events
  • Engaging with guests professionally, addressing needs and queries efficiently
  • Assisting with room setups and managing audio-visual equipment for events
  • Promoting and upselling Food & Beverage items with comprehensive menu knowledge
  • Creating a positive guest experience by anticipating needs and providing attentive service
  • Collaborating with team members to uphold service and cleanliness standards
