Responsibilities: Here's what your journey with us entails:
- Set up and break down
event spacesfor conferences and
banquets, ensuring all materials and equipment are in place. - Coordinate with the
kitchento manage food and
beverage orders for events. - Interact with gueststo provide exceptional service, taking orders
and addressing any inquiries or concerns. - Serve food and
beveragesduring events,
ensuring adherence to quality and presentation standards. - Maintain cleanliness
and organisationin all service
areas. - Monitor guest feedbackand implement improvements to enhance the
overall guest experience. - Follow safety and
hygiene protocolsto ensure a
safe working environment. - Assist with inventory
managementand restocking
supplies as needed. - Support team members and collaborate to achieve common goals.
