    banquets, ensuring all materials and equipment are in place.
  • Coordinate with the
    kitchen
    to manage food and
    beverage orders for events.
  • Interact with gueststo provide exceptional service, taking orders
    and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
  • Serve food and
    beverages
    during events,
    ensuring adherence to quality and presentation standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness
    and organisation
    in all service
    areas.
  • Monitor guest feedbackand implement improvements to enhance the
    overall guest experience.
  • Follow safety and
    hygiene protocols
    to ensure a
    safe working environment.
  • Assist with inventory
    management
    and restocking
    supplies as needed.
  • Support team members and collaborate to achieve common goals.
