Job description

Location: Unipol Student Homes, 155-157 Woodhouse Lane, Leeds LS2 3ED

This role is fixed-term for 12 months, because there is a need for temporary cover, with scope for it to be undertaken in a hybrid manner. We are open to discussing flexible working arrangements.

Could you be a key part of our Standards team, planning and implementing an annual programme of training events? This is a public facing role acting as the face of Unipol Training, interacting with delegates, visitors and the public to ensure a professional and positive experience. The role is responsible for running all of Unipol’s training events and conferences, as well as operating Unipol’s conference facility in Leeds and supporting some meetings.

The Conferences and Visits Administrator will need to work with independence and initiative, supported by the Director of Standards in a post which will determine much of Unipol’s public profile within the housing sector. Many of the events are planned in direct consultation with the Chief Executive and close liaison on event strategy is essential. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, event management, and working closely with Senior Leadership in a values-led, people-focused organisation.

What we offer in return

26 days holiday plus 16 Bank Holidays/days that the University is closed by custom (including Christmas) – that’s 42 days a year!

Generous pension scheme plus life assurance

Health and Wellbeing: Discounted staff membership options at The Edge, our state-of-the-art Campus gym, with a pool, sauna, climbing wall, cycle circuit, and sports halls.

Personal Development: Access to courses run by our Organisational Development & Professional Learning team, and self-development courses including languages, Creative Writing, Wellbeing Therapies and much more.

Access to on-site childcare, shopping discounts and travel schemes are also available.

And much more!

Visa Eligibility- Please note that due to Home Office visa requirements, this role is not suitable for first-time Skilled Worker visa applicants.
