As part of our grow your own culture in Bracknell, internal promotions and investment in management capacity, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced manager to join our Conference and Review team, to make a difference to the lives of children and young people.
You are an experienced, confident and reliable person who is committed and passionate about delivering better outcomes for our children and families. You will have experience in managing a Conference and Reviewing team including Allegations against Staff and Volunteers.
You are committed to safeguarding children and ensuring their voices are central to all planning and decision-making. You are confident in applying key statutory frameworks such as Working Together to Safeguard Children, Keeping Children Safe in Education, and the IRO Handbook, and you use this knowledge to maintain high standards and consistent oversight for children on protection plans or in care.
You understand the importance of working holistically with families, combining high support with high challenge. With a practice rooted in collaboration and underpinned by Motivational Interviewing (MI), you are ready to lead by example and contribute meaningfully within a close-knit, supportive team environment.

Motivational Interviewing underpins all of our practice, and we take pride in supporting each other through a culture of openness and shared commitment.
