Contract: Full Time
Salary: £12.98 per hour plus service charge

As C&E Supervisor you will be a support to both the management team to lead a team to deliver memorable conferences, exceptional meetings, and the most amazing parties.

You will act as a go to contact for the team and will always offer guidance and ensure that conference organisers you are liaising with receive exceptional service and their requirements are met – always.

Some Responsibilities include:

  • First impressions count, ensure that all areas of the department are show round ready and create a wow moment.
  • Support other F&B Outlets when there are no conferences or events are taking place.
  • Attend the weekly function sheet meeting where required, attend prepared and armed with information that will ensure your events are delivered to perfection.
  • Hold motivating team briefings, assign responsibilities ensuring that the team is fully briefed and are set up for success.
  • Conduct regular training sessions and ensure that the team live and breathe the Champneys standards.
  • Develop and empower your team to manage guest recovery situations promptly and gracefully.
