Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, across 5 days

Shift Pattern: 9:30am- 5.30pm OR 10.00am – 6:00pm

About The Role

We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Conference and Events Office Coordinator to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, helping to coordinate and deliver exceptional events from enquiry through to execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Planning and coordinating logistics for private dining, corporate events, and special occasions.
  • Liaising with clients to understand event requirements, timelines, and budgets.
  • Preparing event documentation, including function sheets, floor plans, and schedules.
  • Handling sales inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, and converting them into confirmed bookings.
  • Conducting site visits and show rounds with prospective clients.
  • Creating proposals and contracts, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Maintain accurate records of client communications and booking details using CRM software.
  • Acting as a key point of contact for clients before, during, and after events.
About You
  • Previous experience in event coordination or hotel front-of-house/reservations preferred
