Located in the basement of the Treasury Building in Whitehall, this historic site served as the command center where Prime Minister Winston Churchill and his cabinet strategised during World War II. We're currently recruiting a dedicated Conference and Events Sales Executive to drive sales and manage client relationships for Restaurant Associates on a full-time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week

Your key responsibilities will include:

• To raise the profile of the company with existing and new clients
• Promptly respond to all incoming sales enquiries, drive conversion rate, arrange site visits and contract booking
• Proactively process event enquiries and to actively work as part of the sales team to increase and enhance revenues achieving overall targets.
• Conducting reactive sales activities including responding to telephone and e-mail enquiries
• Consistently ensure the highest standards of accurate and timely customer, staff and management information.
• Develop client, venue and internal relationships through knowledgeable and effective enquiry handling
• Ensuring high level of conversion of bookings to achieve and exceed targets set.
• Work with event planners effectively in order to provide a seamless handover for final event details
• Nurture client relationships to maximise all upselling and sales opportunities.
• Network with internal and external stakeholders.
