Hourly Rate: £12.77 per hour (full time, 39 hours/week)
The Conference and Banqueting Logistics Supervisor will lead the Porters department in Conference and Events, ensuring guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include overseeing meeting rooms, hotel areas, storage, and maintaining high standards of tidiness, cleanliness, and safety.
You will supervise event execution, handle guest queries and complaints, work closely with management, deputise when needed, and strive to create memorable experiences for guests and colleagues.
