We're currently recruiting a dedicated Conference & Events coordinator at Eastwood Hall (The Venues Collection) on a full-time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Meet with clients to discuss their vision and preferences
• Coordinate and manage all aspects of the planning process, including contract negotiation, and budget management
• Create and maintain detailed timelines and checklists to ensure all tasks are completed on time
• Communicate with clients to ensure they are informed and comfortable with the plan
• Handle any unexpected issues or emergencies that may arise during the planning process.
• Manage confirmed bookings and co-ordinate information in order to hand over to the operational team.
• Provide a high level of customer care, ensuring all enquiries are dealt with efficiently and effectively in line with the company guidelines and policies.
• Ensure the smooth operation of the sales office by defining, documenting, and delivering a professional sales service.
• You will be required to be pro-active and research past and present companies.
• Used to handling a high volume of enquiries and dealing with those in a timely manner.
• Be flexible and dedicated to all types of sales enquiries.
• Opera S+C experienced preferred but not essential
