Conduct Risk Manager

Salary: National circa £60,000 and London – circa £70,000

A bit about the job:

This role supports the Head of Underwriting Quality, with a focus on monitoring, evidencing, and reporting customer outcomes across Commercial Lines.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Managing the monthly reporting cycle of Conduct Outcomes, including the Price & Value outcome into the CL Customer Outcome & Insights Forum.
  • Engaging with Conduct Outcome Owners and Underwriting teams to evidence good outcomes and address actual or potential customer harm.
  • Supporting the embedding and maintenance of the Commercial Lines Conduct strategy and frameworks to enhance conduct culture and ensure an “is it right?” ethos.
  • Managing libraries and frameworks that help identify and evidence customer outcomes.
  • Assisting in the creation of reports for senior stakeholders and supporting the smooth running of the CL Customer Outcome & Insights Forum.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

  • Strong understanding of the regulatory landscape around customer outcomes within a Financial Services or Insurance setting, including experience with Consumer Duty.
  • Proven ability to interpret and apply regulatory requirements to business processes and customer journeys.
  • Confident in engaging with senior leaders to advise, support, and influence decisions.
  • Ability to interpret and use data sources to improve the customer journey and inform decision-making.
  • Experience in managing and prioritising multiple demands in a dynamic environment.

  • Salary National circa £60,000 and London – circa £70,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
