Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Concrete Supervisor for a permanent role in Scotland, with travel across Scotland and occasional staying away. You will supervise concrete pours, manage crews and subcontractors, organise plant/equipment and ensure H&S and quality standards are met.

The role demands experience in concreting/civils, SSSTS/SMSTS, CSCS, and a full driving license. Attractive hourly rate with benefits, and ongoing training in a long-established contractor environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising concrete works or large pours on civils projects.
• SSSTS or SMSTS certification and CSCS card required.
• Full driving license and satisfactory references.

Responsibilities

• Supervise large concrete pours and related works across Scotland.
• Manage operatives and subcontractors to drawings and specs.
• Organise plant and equipment, work to programme and deadlines.
• Ensure health and safety and quality checks.
• Nationwide travel with occasional staying away.
