Structural Metal Decks Ltd (SMD) is seeking a Concrete Supervisor to cover the South of England, joining our Midlands-based team. The role combines office coordination with on-site supervision of concrete works across multiple contracts.
Regular site visits and travel, including lodging away, are required to ensure projects run safely and to programme. You will oversee all on-site concrete activities, manage subcontractors, maintain safety standards, and liaise with Contract Teams and clients.

We are looking to appoint a Concrete Supervisor to cover the South of England and to join our existing team of supervisors, who are currently based from our Midlands office.
This role is a combination of office-based and site-based work, supporting the Contracts Team with the coordination of concrete activities across multiple contracts. You will work with the Team & manage your own schedule to ensure regular visits to live sites, supervising concrete works and maintaining high standards across all activities.
The role can involve significant travel during busy periods, including lodging away from home when required (potentially a 3-4 nights per week, depending on site location).
