As a Concrete Repair Supervisor, you will oversee and coordinate a variety of specialist repair projects. You will manage on-site teams, ensuring work is carried out to the highest standards of safety, quality and efficiency. From supervising concrete repair and resin injection works to managing site surveys, you will play a key role in delivering reliable and durable solutions for clients.

Responsibilities
  • Supervising teams carrying out concrete repair works, ensuring consistent quality and compliance with specifications.
  • Overseeing resin injection works and waterproofing solutions in a range of environments.
  • Managing projects that include confined space tasks, ensuring all safety procedures are strictly followed.
  • Leading structural surveys and concrete testing activities, liaising with laboratories and reporting findings.
  • Coordinating brickwork restoration and structural maintenance works.
  • Ensuring all health and safety procedures are adhered to on site, including proper use of PPE, risk assessments and method statements.
  • Working away when required to support projects across different locations.
What you will bring
  • Strong background in concrete repair and related structural works.
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role, ideally leading site teams in construction or repair environments.
  • Good understanding of resin injection, structural waterproofing and damp-proofing solutions.
  • Awareness of confined space operations (with training/certifications desirable).
  • Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
  • A CSCS card and knowledge of health and safety procedures in construction.
  • SSSTS or SMSTS qualifications are desirable but not essential.
