A leading Precast Concrete Factory in Worksop is expanding and currently looking to recruit Concrete / Precast Operatives to join the team. We are offering stable, full-time work with potential for permanent employment, regular overtime, and rotating shift patterns.

Location: Worksop
Shifts Available:

• Mornings: 6:00am - 2:00pm
• Afternoons: 2:00pm - 10:00pm
• Nights: 10:00pm - 6:00am

Pay & Benefits:

• Competitive hourly rate (depending on experience)
• Overtime available after 39 hours at an enhanced rate
• Weekly PAYE pay - no umbrella deductions
• Temp to perm opportunities for the right candidates
• On-the-job training and opportunities to upskill

About the Role:

You'll be working within a busy precast concrete factory environment, assisting in the production of precast components used in construction projects across the UK. Roles will include mould preparation, casting, finishing, and general factory duties.

We're Interested in People with Experience In:

• Precast concrete production
• Joinery / formwork
• Steel fixing
• Mould set-up and preparation
• Operating power tools and hand tools
• Reading and interpreting mechanical or technical drawings

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in a concrete, precast, or construction-related setting preferred
• Ability to read and understand mechanical/technical drawings
• A strong work ethic, good attention to detail, and a willingness to learn
• Flexibility to work different shifts and overtime as needed
• Reliable and punctual with good communication skills
