Job summary

The Best Connection in the United Kingdom is seeking a Production / Labouring Operative for a temporary assignment in Hailsham. You will support a fast-paced production line, preparing concrete moulds and assisting with moulding and finishing processes.

Ideal candidates are reliable, punctual, and attentive to detail, with a hands-on approach and good teamwork skills. The role includes weekly pay and opportunities to move to permanent positions. Training and a quick registration are provided.

Qualifications

• Reliable and punctual with a hands-on approach.
• Previous experience in a similar production/labour role.
• Good attention to detail and teamwork skills.
• Forklift experience is advantageous.
• Access to own vehicle is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and clean concrete moulds for daily production.
• Pour and level concrete into moulds according to specifications.
• Assist with demoulding and finishing of concrete lintels.
• Carry out general labouring duties around the production site.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Load and stack finished products for storage or dispatch.
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
• Report any defects or issues to the production supervisor.
