Job summary

Venesky Brown Recruitment are actively seeking experienced concrete finishers for a major MOD civil engineering project in the Plymouth area. You will perform general concrete tasks including preparation, formwork assistance, large pours, wet/dry finishing, patching and grouting on a dockyard refurbishment site.

Applicants must have a valid Blue CSCS card (Groundworks/Concrete), be willing to work nights and weekends, and have at least 3 years of civils experience.

• 3+ years work experience in civils
• Proof of right to work
• Willing to work night shifts and weekends

Venesky Brown are looking for Experienced concrete finishers in the plymouth area to support our client who has been appointed to deliver all civil engineering works on a MOD project

Work duties will be all general concrete work - Preparation, assisting with formwork , large pours , wet and dry finishing , patching , grouting , any related concrete , civils and general site work

PAYE rates

• £20.81 - First 39 hrs weekdays
• £31.21 - After 39 hrs andfirst 4 hrs Saturday
• £41.62 - Remaining weekend hours
• £53.69 per shift lodge allowance where applicable

• Lodge/travel allowances available

Requirements

• Valid Blue CSCS card in Groundworks or Concrete
• Candidates must be willing to work night shifts and weekends
• Minimum 5 year work history with reference's
• Proof of right to work
• Site clearance is required to work on the dockyard. This can take 4-6 weeks to acquire
