Job description

GLL is looking for a Concierge at Bodmin Leisure Centre in Cornwall, up to 22 hours per week, including evening and weekend shifts. If you have a passion for people and can deliver first-class customer service, this is your chance to join one of the UK's largest leisure groups.

As a Concierge, you'll make a difference to every visitor, whether through a warm welcome or by selling memberships to enhance their lifestyles.

Your role involves responding to inquiries, converting them into memberships, answering calls, handling transactions, and engaging in community outreach projects. You'll also support your team by preparing facilities and maintaining the centre's cleanliness, always ensuring high customer service standards.

What you’ll do:
  • Be the first point of contact for customers

  • Support daily operations, including preparing facilities and general upkeep
